Matte eyeshadow: If you wish, you can apply an eyeshadow base beforehand. Familiarize yourself with the pigmentation beforehand and swatch it on your forearm. You don't need a lot of product to get full color intensity. Briefly tap your brush into the eyeshadow and then apply it to your eyelid. For the best result, use a blending or shading brush.

Metallic eye shadows: Use a firm brush or your finger to apply. For an intense look, you can spray your brush with setting spray and then apply the product. However, make sure that the moisture does not get into the eye shadow pans.
