Shake the One Night Only Tan Instant Wash Off well and apply it to your arms, legs and body using an applicator glove in long, sweeping movements. You can then use the foam left on the glove for your hands, feet, elbows and face. Repeat the process up to three times, depending on how intense you want your tan to be. The product can be easily removed from your body in the shower.
