Setting up: Ensure the Toastie Tummy is fully charged by plugging the supplied USB cable into the port on the bottom of the unit and connecting to a USB enabled power source. It can take up to 3.5 hours for the Toastie Tummy to fully charge. All lights will flash when the unit needs charging.

Adjusting the heat: DO NOT USE ON BARE SKIN. Only use the device with a layer of non-synthetic clothing between the device and the skin. The device heats up very quickly. If the heat becomes uncomfortable, stop using it. Place the device on the desired area and fasten the strap around your body to keep your hands free. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn the heat function on. Lightly tap the power button to cycle through the 3 heat levels. Use heat level 1 for the first time and only increase the level when you feel comfortable. When you turn the function off, the last setting used is remembered and when you turn the heat function back on, it will continue with that setting. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn the heat function off.

Setting the vibration: Place the device on the desired location and fasten the strap around your body to keep your hands free. Press the vibration button for 2 seconds to turn on the vibration function. Lightly tap the vibration on/off button to switch between the 3 vibration settings. When you turn this function off, the last setting used is remembered and when you turn the vibration function back on, it will continue with that setting. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the vibration function off. You can use the device with the vibration and heat functions on at the same time or separately. The device switches off automatically after 30 minutes.
