To use the device, first connect it with the power cord and plug the adapter into an electrical outlet. Before use, the skin should be clean, dry, and free of any skincare products. When using on the face, always wear the included protective goggles. The panel can be held in your hand, leaned against a stable surface, or attached to your body using the straps, depending on your needs. To start the application, press and hold the on/off switch. The indicator lights show the remaining application time – one light goes out every five minutes. The device automatically switches off after 20 minutes. For optimal results, daily use of 10–20 minutes per body area is recommended.

Before first use, a light sensitivity test is required. First, test the device on a small area of your arm for approx. 5 minutes. A slight, short-term redness may be normal. If redness persists for longer than 2 hours or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

Do not look directly into the LED lights. The enclosed protective goggles should be worn during use.
