Apply the blotting powder with the included powder puff. A small amount is sufficient. Lightly dab it on the oily areas of your face until you achieve the desired effect. For a less matte finish, use a brush such as the Finishing Brush 310. The Blotting Powder can be used multiple times over make-up without it looking clumpy.
To keep the powder clean and fresh, the tassel should be hand washed once a week. Use warm water and a mild soap. Allow to air dry.
