Terms of use for ratings and reviews and customer questions and answers


These Terms of Use govern your conduct in connection with the "Customer Reviews" and/or "Questions and Answers" service offered by PURISH GmbH (the "CRR Service"). They apply in addition to the Terms of Use for the website, which you can access via the footer.

For all content submitted to PURISH GmbH, you agree to the following:

  • You are the sole author and copyright holder of the content;
  • All content you have published is true.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The use of the content you provide does not violate these terms of use and does not harm any natural or legal person.

Furthermore, you agree not to send us any content:

  • which you know to be false, inaccurate, or misleading;
  • infringes a copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or personal rights or data protection rights of a third party;
  • which violate a law, regulation or provision (including, but not limited to, provisions relating to consumer protection, unfair competition, equality and misleading advertising);
  • which are or have a defamatory, libelous, inciting hatred, discriminatory, threatening or harassing effect on an individual, partnership or company on the grounds of religion or ethnic origin;
  • for which you have received a payment or other consideration from an unauthorized third party;
  • which contain information regarding other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or telephone numbers;
  • that contain a computer virus, worms, or other potentially harmful computer programs or files.

Violations of these terms of use may be prosecuted by PURISH GmbH in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.


For all content you submit, you grant PURISH GmbH a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, completely delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works of, and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, media or technology worldwide and without any compensation to you.


All content you submit will be used at the sole discretion of PURISH GmbH. PURISH GmbH reserves the right to modify, shorten, delete, or not publish any content on the PURISH website that, in PURISH GmbH's sole discretion, violates the guidelines or other provisions of these Terms of Use. PURISH GmbH does not guarantee that you will be given the opportunity to edit or delete content you submit. Reviews and written comments are typically published within two to four business days. However, PURISH GmbH also reserves the right to remove or refuse publication of any submission to the extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that you, and not PURISH GmbH, are responsible for the content of your submission. No content you submit is subject to any confidentiality obligation on the part of PURISH GmbH, its agents, subsidiaries, partners, or third-party service providers, and their directors, officers, and employees.
