Use 1/4 of a tube for short to medium length hair and 1/2 tube for long hair. 1. First wash your hair with a silicone-free shampoo. 2. Put on the included latex gloves and apply SHYNE Gloss to clean, towel-dried hair. 3. Gently massage the gloss into your hair from root to tip. 4. To avoid discoloration, do not apply the gloss to the scalp. 5. Depending on the intensity, leave the gloss on your hair for a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 40 minutes. 6. Then rinse thoroughly without shampoo until the water runs clear.
