The liquid eyeshadow can be used in many ways - on the eyes, lips, face and body. The buildable formula applies in just one stroke and blends out with either a multi-brush or your finger. It can be applied alone or over eyeshadow or lipstick. Since the product is very economical, it is recommended to apply it sparingly.
