Choose a special formula for your face that not only protects your skin from UVA and UVB radiation, but also suits your skin type. You should also choose a sun protection factor (SPF) that suits your skin tone and protects your skin for a sufficient period of time. When it comes to sunscreens, you can also choose between chemical and mechanical filters or a combination of both, which will provide optimal, broad-area protection for your skin.

Which skincare for which skin type?

When it comes to facial care, it is particularly important that you adapt it to the needs of your skin and your skin type.

Normal skin: Normal skin is neither too dry nor too oily. However, moisture is particularly important here. An intensive, nourishing care product for the night and a slightly lighter formula for the day is ideal here.

Dry skin: You should provide dry skin with intensive moisture. Use rich moisturizers and serums with nourishing oils. A peeling can counteract flaky patches on the face and a particularly nourishing night mask is also a great choice for dry skin.

Oily skin: Certain serums with niacinamide, for example, can have a sebum-regulating effect, which reduces the strong oily shine.
