Using the brush, apply CHARGED™ Mascara in a straight line from the base of the lashes to the tips. To remove mascara, soak a cotton pad in warm water and gently press it onto the lashes for about 10 seconds with your eyes closed. Gently wipe the cotton pad downwards. Repeat if necessary, wiping the underside of the lashes.
