How do I become part of the PURISH Club?

You can become a PURISH Club member easily and for free. Simply create your PURISH account with your name and email address in just a few steps and you can start collecting points.

You receive new points with every purchase, and every euro is converted into 10 points. You will also be the first to hear about discounts, new products and receive exclusive access to our sales - before anyone else!

What levels are there and what advantages do I have?

Level 1 // Bronze

- Collect points (1€ = 10 points)

- 10% discount after three purchases of at least 60€ each (minimum order value: 45€)


Level 2 // Silver (starting 1,000 points)

- Collect points (1€ = 10 points)

- 15% discount after three purchases of at least 60€ (minimum order value: 48€)

- 1.25 point multiplier

- 500 points upon entry

- 1,000 points as a birthday gift


Level 3 // Gold (starting 3,000 points)

- Collect points (1€ = 10 points)

- 20% discount after three purchases of at least 60 (minimum order value: 50€)

- 1.5 point multiplier

- 1,000 points upon entry

- 1,500 points as a birthday gift

Where can I see my points?

You can see your points on the rewards page and at checkout.

Where can I find my discount codes?

You can find your discount codes on the Rewards page in your points history. Here you can see which points you received for which promotion and also an overview of your discount codes.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points during checkout and before finalizing your order. On the checkout page, you will see an overview of the points you have already collected on the right.

Use the dropdown menu to select how many points you would like to redeem for this purchase. Then complete your order.

Another way to redeem your points is via the Rewards page. To do this, log in to your PURISH account, click on the PURISH Club page in your account and then click on “Redeem Points” to receive a personal and unique voucher code.

You can then redeem this at checkout. If you want to use your code later, that's no problem. It will remain visible to you via your points history.

To redeem points, you need a minimum of 500 for a discount of €5. You can also only redeem your points in a fixed number, which are: 500 (€5), 1,000 (€10), 2,000 (€20) and 4,000 points (€40).

Redeeming your points is tied to a minimum order value. Depending on which voucher you choose, the minimum order value also increases:

- 500 points = 5€ → minimum order value 55€

- 1,000 points = 10€ → minimum order value 60€

- 2,000 points = 20€ → minimum order value 70€

- 4,000 points = 40€ → Minimum order value: 80€

Do I have to log in to redeem my points?

Yes, before completing your order, make sure that you are logged in with the account with which you are part of the PURISH Club.

Can I redeem multiple discount codes?

No, you can only redeem one discount code or your points per order.

Where can I find my information as a PURISH Club member?

Log in to your account. Click on the “Account” tab and then “PURISH Club” to go to your personal rewards page. Here you can see your current points balance, find your points history and of course your club status. Get additional points by recommending PURISH to your friends.

How do I get my Birthday Points?

Enter your birthday on your personal rewards page. On your birthday, we'll give you extra points so you can treat yourself on your special day.

If your birthday is within 30 days of entering your details, there may be a delay. The points will be credited to your account approximately 30 days after entering your details.

Your Birthday Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else. If we believe there is an attempt to tamper with the program, we reserve the right to terminate the account at our sole discretion.

The amount of your Birthday Points varies depending on your level:

- Silver: 1,000 points

- Gold: 1,500 points

What happens to my points if I return products?

If you have redeemed points on an order and return all products, we will refund the total amount after the discount has been applied and you will be credited with the points you used. However, the newly acquired points will be deducted from your account.

If you return only part of your order, we will refund the cost of the products you return. However, the points you used will not be refunded. You will receive new points based on the value of your purchase that you keep. For example: if you spend €100 and get €80 refunded after your return, you will be credited points based on the remaining €20.

Do my points expire?

Your points expire after 365 days of inactivity, so make sure you always shop and collect points using the same email address. It is not possible to combine points from multiple accounts, even if both accounts have the same name.

You will receive a reminder email from us two weeks before your points expire.

How long is my VIP status valid?

Your VIP status is valid for 12 months from the date of entry.

Why didn't I receive any points with my purchase?

Make sure that you were logged in during checkout and that the correct account is stored. If you were accidentally logged out during checkout, please contact us by email at hilfe@purish.com - this way we can subsequently credit you with the points.

If you were accidentally logged out but completed the order with the same email address, the points will still be added to your account.

You will not receive any points if you return your entire order or if the order is cancelled.

How do I invite friends?

On the PURISH Club page you will find an area at the bottom where you can invite friends. Simply enter your friends' email addresses and invite them to the PURISH Club!

Your friends will each receive a €5 discount voucher for their first order of €50 or more and we will give you 500 points for each first order.

I get an error message when I try to invite friends.

Oh no, we're sorry! There are several reasons why an error could occur in that case.

Firstly, an error message will appear if no valid email address has been added. Make sure that there are no typos and that you have separated the email addresses with commas. Otherwise, you can click "Next" after entering each email address and add each friend individually.

It may also be the case that your friends are already PURISH customers and can therefore no longer be invited. The invitation is only valid for new customers and their first order.

I invited several friends and didn't receive any points.

Invited friends must be new customers. The points will then be credited to you as soon as they place their first order.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that one of your friends has completed a purchase. You will then receive the points.

Why didn't I receive points for my reviews?

You will only receive review points if you receive a review request from us by email and are classified as a confirmed buyer. This means that we have to be sure that you actually bought the product being reviewed.

It takes about 3 to 4 days for your points to be credited after you have rated a product. You should also leave at least 4 days between two reviews to receive points for each one.
