Where is my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This means you can track your order at any time using the tracking code. Simply use our tracking tool under “Package tracking”. Please note that once the goods have been dispatched, we no longer have any influence on the delivery process. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact DHL directly.

I want to change or cancel my order. What should I do?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change orders that have already been placed. We can neither change the colour, item size or payment method afterwards, nor add or remove items to the order. You may still be able to cancel your order. Therefore, please contact our customer service at hilfe@purish.com as soon as possible.

When and how can I make use of the right of return?

Returns are possible within 14 days. Goods that have already been opened and/or used will be returned to your specified delivery address at our own expense as a gesture of goodwill. If acceptance is refused and the goods are returned to our warehouse, they will be disposed of without reimbursement.

If you receive damaged goods, please report them immediately to our customer service via email (help@purish.com). A photo showing the damage is considered proof. Without a photo, your complaint cannot be processed.

If goods are missing from your package, please contact our customer service immediately via email (help@purish.com). A photo of the inside and outside of the package is required as proof. You must also fill out and sign a form to confirm the whereabouts of the goods.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

Something probably went wrong with your order and the payment may not have worked. Please contact customer service via email at hilfe@purish.com.

I am away. What happens to my package?

You can take advantage of free holiday storage via DHL or have the package delivered to a neighbor of your choice. You are welcome to find out how to proceed here on the DHL website.

Can I have my package delivered to a different address?

You can easily send your package to the address of your choice. Please note that the respective fees apply to the destination country. Enter the delivery address in the confirmation field and we will take care of your package shipment.

How do I change my delivery address?

After you have placed your order, an automated process will be initiated which unfortunately does not allow us to change your address afterwards.

Delivery time

The delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose. At PURISH we generally offer the option of choosing between standard shipping and express shipping.

What does DHL Express or Next Day mean?

If you book DHL Express Delivery or DHL Next Day Delivery, not only can you receive your package on the next working day (for orders placed by 3 p.m.), but you can also use many extras free of charge.

Have the package delivered to a neighbor of your choice, change the delivery day or the delivery address. You can also pick up your package at a DHL service point.

Customs
Do I have to pay customs duties?

Within the EU, there are no customs or import fees for shipping.

For customers outside the European Union, our prices are stated exclusive of VAT. Deliveries to non-EU countries incur additional duties, taxes and fees. You can find out more about customs duties from the European Commission.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order at any time via tracking. To do this, go to your account and select the relevant order. If you do not have an account or cannot view your tracking, please contact us by phone or email.

What should be considered when returning?

Returns are always subject to a fee (3.99€) . We will provide you with a return label, the cost of which we will deduct from the refund amount after we receive your return.

What conditions does my return have to meet?

To ensure that your return is accepted, the following points must be met:

• For hygiene reasons, returned goods should be in their original packaging, unused and suitable for resale, with all seals intact. Secure packaging is also required to avoid damage during transport.
• It is important to keep the shipping receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. Returns without sufficient postage will not be delivered.
• You have 14 days to return the item.
• If the items have already been opened or used, we will take them back at our own expense as a gesture of goodwill and send them to your delivery address. If the goods are refused and returned to our warehouse, no refund will be given and the items will be disposed of.

If you refuse to accept the package or provide incorrect addresses, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

What do I need to consider when making an international return?

Returns outside of Germany are always subject to a fee (3.99€) . We will provide you with a return label, the cost of which we will deduct from the refund amount after receipt of your return. To receive the return label, please contact us via our contact form at https://purish.com/pages/kontakt or by email to hilfe@purish.com . Your email should include your order number (#--- ---) and a detailed reason for the return.

How do I get my returns label?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us at any time, unused, within 14 days. To do so, enter your order details under this link and you can easily create your own label. If you do not have a printer, you can have a QR code created that you can use to return your package to a DHL shop near you.

Repayments & Refunds
How do I get my money back?

If you have successfully returned your package or a product to purish, the corresponding amount will be immediately transferred back to the account used to make your payment.

The amount of the refund is the sum of the returned goods minus the return costs (3.99€).

If you pay via Paypal, the amount will be transferred back to your Paypal account.

Please note that this process may take 5-7 days.

What is included in the product prices?

All our products are exclusively original goods. We work closely with our brands to offer you the latest products at all times.

To ensure that your purchase always runs smoothly for you, we take care of all customs duties and import costs from abroad in advance.

So you always order at the price you find on our product pages (plus shipping costs).

When does the debit take place?

By selecting your desired payment method, you determine when the amount will be debited from your account. Depending on your wishes, the amount will be debited from your account immediately or you have the option, for example via Klarna installment payment, to pay the amount in fixed installments.
