It is best to use a tanning mitt. Exfoliate your skin thoroughly first. Put some product on your skin and work it in thoroughly with the glove. For a medium tan, leave the product on the skin for 3 to 4 hours. For a super intense tan, wash off after 8 hours.

The product does not provide sun protection. Excessive sunbathing can lead to premature skin aging as well as long-term skin damage such as skin cancer and others, even without sunburn first. We recommend using a reasonably high SPF, especially for fair and sensitive skin. Excessive sunbathing, especially in the midday sun, should be avoided. Pay attention to headgear. Do not get in eyes.
