After cleansing, apply a few drops of facial oil or cream. Starting in the center of the forehead, move the stainless steel Gua Sha upwards and outwards towards the temples. Apply gentle but firm pressure, always moving upwards and outwards to direct the fluid to the lymph nodes. Move to the cheeks, starting from the center of the face and moving outwards towards the hairline. Starting at the middle of the chin, move it along the jawline to the ear, past the ear and down the neck to the collarbone. Repeat on the other side. For the neck, move the Gua Sha up from the collarbone to the jawline, applying light pressure. Finish by massaging the shoulders and neck, moving the Gua Sha with firm pressure from the shoulders to the base of the skull to promote circulation and relieve tension.
