After cleansing your eyes, apply the booster to the upper and lower lash line. One application is enough. Then spread the serum evenly over your eyebrows. Tip: Using a Needle Skin Roller, you can work the serum into your eyebrows 8-10 times in vertical, horizontal and diagonal movements.
