Shake the bottle and hold it upside down. Gently squeeze out desired amount of mousse. Rub the foam into a more liquid consistency with your hands and spread it over the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. A handful of mousse is enough for an adult's arm. Note: Does not contain sun protection factor, therefore combine with a sunscreen for optimal effect. For best results, start use at least a week before sun exposure. Continue applying while you are out in the sun. If you want to enjoy your tan longer, you can continue using the product for a few weeks after sunbathing, or for as long as you like.
