Shake well before use. Apply liberally and evenly to all exposed areas 15 to 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or when sweating, after swimming, exercising or towel drying.

Do not stay in the sun for long periods of time, even when using sunscreen. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health threat.
